Für unsere Verwaltung in Stuhr suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen KI-Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von KI-gestützten Workflows und Automationen
  • Integration von KI-Tools in bestehende Systeme und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Aufbau effizienter interner Prozesse für Marketing, Operations und Reporting
  • Automatisierung repetitiver Aufgaben innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Dokumentation und Strukturierung von Workflows und Automationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Teams zur Optimierung der täglichen Arbeit
  • Kontinuierliche Evaluation neuer KI-Tools und Technologien

Ihr Profil

  • Starkes Interesse an KI, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools oder Automationsplattformen
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu vereinfachen
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
