  • Lead & Develop – Coach, train, and motivate your Krew
  • Drive Sales – Help your store reach sales and performance goals
  • Create Great Experiences – Make every guest feel welcome
  • Know the Product – Keep quality, freshness, and presentation on point
  • Own the Business – Manage labor, inventory, waste, and daily performance

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Positive, organized, and dependable
  • Comfortable coaching and motivating a team
  • Passion for great service and the Kreation lifestyle
  • Management or leadership experience is a plus
