ab 13.11.2026 nach dem Case Management Ansatz im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe im Bezirk Liezen. Das Anstellungsausmaß beträgt 16 Wochenstunden.

  • Das Aufgabengebiet:
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien in schwierigen Lebenslagen nach dem Konzept des Case Managements in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe.
  • Systemische Arbeit unter Einbezug des gesamten Familiensystems und aller relevanten Personen und Einrichtungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bezirksverwaltungsbehörde als Auftraggeber.
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten im Rahmen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe.
  • Netzwerkarbeit im gesamten Bezirk.
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten wie lückenlose Dokumentation, das Verfassen von Betreuungsplänen und Berichten.
  • Teilnahme an multiprofessionellen Teams und Supervisionen.
  • Voraussetzung:
  • Volljährigkeit (vollendetes 18. Lebensjahr)
  • Unbescholtenheit
  • positiv abgeschlossene Pflichtschulausbildung

Führerschein B und eigener PKW sind erforderlich.

Das Entgelt richtet sich nach dem SWÖ Kollektivvertrag und beträgt mindestens € 2.330,30 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten.
