Wir erwarten:

  • Abschluss einer Ausbildung zur Kinderbetreuer*in in der Steiermark oder Bereitschaft zum Abschluss dieser Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft die Wochenarbeitszeit entsprechend der Kinderzahl und der Vertretungssituation variabel zu gestalten (vor- & nachmittags)
  • Bereitschaft auch in unseren GTS-Gruppen am Nachmittag als Vertretung auszuhelfen
  • Selbstständigkeit und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Einen sensiblen, liebevollen und fördernden Umgang mit Kindern
  • Einwandfreies Vorleben
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten:

  • Mitwirkung in einem kreativen Team
  • Tätigkeit in einem viergruppigen Kindergarten (Ganztages-, Halbtages- und alterserweiterte Gruppe) bzw. vertretungsweise in den GTS-Gruppen
  • Entlohnung nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Stmk. Vertragsbedienstetengesetzes
  • Mindestlohn für 20 Wochenstunden Brutto € 1.390,00
  • Einen befristeten Dienstvertrag für das Kindergartenjahr 2026/2027
