Wir suchen ab sofort eine zugehende und engagierte

Betreuungskraft (m/w/d) in Liebenau auf Minijobbasis (18 Monatsstunden, jeweils am Dienstagsnachmittag),

die mit Herz und Humor dazu beiträgt, das Leben und die Entwicklung der beiden jungen Menschen in unserer Erziehungsstelle mitzugestalten. Gemeinsam schaffen wir eine Umgebung, in der sich die Kinder und Jugendlichen wohlfühlen und in ihrem Tempo wachsen können.

## Deine Aufgaben in der stationären Erziehungshilfe

  • Mitgestaltung des Lebens in der Erziehungsstelle im Sinne unseres Leitbilds »KiM Kind im Mittelpunkt«
  • Begleitung der jungen Menschen am Nachmittag bei kreativen Projekten, Hausaufgaben und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Erziehungsstelle zur Förderung eines positiven Zusammenlebens

## Dein Profil

  • Pädagogische Ausbildung (z.B. Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)) oder Erfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend
  • Interesse und Einfühlungsvermögen für die individuellen Bedürfnisse junger Menschen
  • Humor und Freude an der Arbeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen
