Aufgabenbereiche:

Führung einer Kindertagesstättengruppe nach den Richtlinien des Kärntner

Kinderbildungs- und betreuungsgesetzes

Verantwortungsvolle und bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung von Kindern im Alter von 1-3 Jahren

Beobachtung, Planung, Reflexion und Dokumentation der Bildungs-und Erziehungsarbeit

Umsetzung des Bundesbildungsrahmenplans

Selbständiges, strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten

Teamgeist und ein hohes Maß an Ausdauer, Geduld und Engagement wird vorausgesetzt

Voraussetzungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Elementarpädagogik (BAfEP/Kolleg, Nostrifizierung Land Kärnten)

Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

Einfühlungsvermögen sowie ein wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern und Erziehungsberechtigten

Mitarbeit und Organisation von Veranstaltungen
