  • Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
  • Dokumentationen und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Reflektion der Betreuungsarbeit mit dem Team
  • Umsetzung des pädagogischen Konzeptes
  • Wir erwarten
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Elementarpädagog_in oder Sozialpädagog_in
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kindern
  • soziale Kompetenzen
  • Flexibilität
  • Empathievermögen und Geduld
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Innovationsfähigkeit in der Gestaltung der Bildungsarbeit und Betreuung der Kinder
