Der Verband allein erziehender Mütter und Väter Landesverband NRW (VAMV NRW) hilft Eltern in Notfallsituationen. Unser Team in Essen braucht Unterstützung von einer starken Persönlichkeit mit Herz in den Familien.

DU BIST IN DER LAGE

  • selbständig Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Dich individuell auf Familien und neue Situationen einzustellen

AUSSERDEM BIST DU

  • belastbar und flexibel
  • hast Freude am Umgang mit Kindern
  • kannst erzieherische Aufgaben in Abstimmung mit den Eltern umsetzen und bist
  • mit den üblichen Arbeiten im Haushalt vertraut

Bei uns erwartet Dich kein klassischer „nine to five“-Job. Wir sind für Familien da, die Hilfe bei der Alltagsgestaltung und Haushaltsführung brauchen. Zum Beispiel, weil ein Elternteil erkrankt ist. Das kann auch in den frühen Morgenstunden, am späten Nachmittag, am Wochenende und auch mal über Nacht sein.

Unsere Koordinatorinnen begleiten Deine Einsätze und sind immer für Dich da.
