Wir suchen ab November 2026 oder später engagierte Kinderpfleger und Kinderpflegerinnen oder Ergänzungskräfte mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation für unsere Kindergartengruppen in Vollzeit. Ein früherer Eintritt ist nach Absprache möglich.

Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du gemeinsam mit uns bestmöglich die uns anvertrauten Kinder. Die Stelle ist befristet / unbefristet und wird nach den AVR der Diakonie Bayern E6 vergütet.

In unserem Haus werden perspektivisch 148 Kinder im Alter von 0 bis 6 Jahren betreut und begleitet. Wir befinden uns im neu gebauten Wohnquartier Mittenheim in Oberschleißheim und für unsere Arbeit steht uns ein exklusiver Neubau zur Verfügung.

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeit einer großen Kindertagesstätte
  • Aktive Organisation von Strukturen und Abläufen
  • Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung des pädagogischen Konzepts
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Wochen- und Jahresplanungen
  • Gestaltung der Einrichtung und Gruppenräume
  • Gemeinsame Erarbeitung einer Teamkultur
  • Teilhabe beim Aufbau eines positiven und wertschätzenden Arbeitsklimas
