Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung und Begleitung der Kinder im Gruppenalltag sowie bei Übergängen und der Eingewöhnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Bildungs-, Gruppen- und Förderangeboten
  • Alltagsbeobachtung der Kinder sowie Wahrnehmung und Weitergabe von Auffälligkeiten
  • Sprachförderung im Alltag und Unterstützung bei der Begleitung von Kindern mit Förderbedarf
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Ausflügen, Aktionen, Festen und Feiern
  • Umsetzung von Aufsichts-, Hygiene- und Pflegepflichten
  • Wertschätzender Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern im Alltag
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit und Mitgestaltung im Gruppenteam
  • Mitwirkung im Erste-Hilfe- und Notfallmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kinderpfleger\*in, Kinderkrankenpfleger\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Zuverlässiges, verantwortungsbewusstes und eigenständiges Handeln
  • Aufmerksame Beobachtungsgabe und sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentationsaufgaben
  • Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Freude an der pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und wertschätzender Umgang mit Kindern, Eltern und Kolleg\*innen
