Erwartet werden eine entsprechende Qualifikation als Erzieher:in (w/d/m) mit staatlicher Anerkennung oder als Sozialpädagogische:r Assistent:in mit staatlicher Prüfung

## IHRE AUFGABEN

In der ev.-luth. Kindertagesstätte Vallstedt werden 100 Kinder in 4 Kindergartengruppen, sowie 15 Kinder in einer Krippengruppe betreut und gefördert.

  • Pädagogische Betreuung und Förderung der Kinder – Planung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur Unterstützung der individuellen Entwicklung und sozialen Kompetenz der Kinder.
  • Dokumentation und Entwicklungsgespräche – Beobachtung des Entwicklungsstandes, Erstellen von Berichten und regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Eltern.
  • Alltagsbegleitung der Kinder - Unterstützung in den Bereichen Körperpflege, Ernährung und Selbstständigkeit im Alltag.
  • Förderung des sozialen Lernens – Vermittlung von sozialen Regeln, Konfliktlösungsstrategien und Stärkung des Gemeinschaftsgefühls.
  • Teamarbeit und Konzeptumsetzung – Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des pädagogischen Konzeptes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team

Für das Beschäftigungsverhältnis gelten die Bestimmungen des Tarifvertrages für den öffentlichen Dienst (TVöD) in Verbindung mit der Dienstvertragsordnung (DienstVO). Sie erhalten neben dem Entgelt nach TVöD-V (VKA) die Möglichkeit einer Zusatzversorgung (Betriebsrente).
