  • Förderung und Begleitung von Kindern in ihrer Entwicklung
  • Planung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Angebote im Kita-Alltag
  • Individuelle Unterstützung der Kinder entsprechend ihrer Bedürfnisse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Teamkollegen
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsfortschritte
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Kindheitspädagoge (m/w/d)
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität sowie Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • GVP-Tarifvertrag & 28,04 € Stundenlohn
  • Deutschlandticket oder 0,30 € Kilometerpauschale steuerfrei
  • Dienstwagen mit Tankkarte möglich (400 € Limit/Monat)
