  • Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern in ihrer Entwicklung
  • Planung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Angebote
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und dem Team
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsfortschritte
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Qualitätsentwicklung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Kindheitspädagogen (m/w/d)
  • Empathie, Kreativität und Teamgeist zeichnen Dich aus
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • GVP-Tarifvertrag & 28,04 € Stundenlohn
  • Deutschlandticket oder 0,30 € Kilometerpauschale steuerfrei zur Wahl
  • Auf Wunsch Dienstwagen inkl. Tankkarte (400 € Limit/Monat)
