  • Kindheitspädagoge (m/w/d)
  • Förderung der individuellen Entwicklung von Kindern durch kreative Bildungsangebote
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Projekte im Kita-Alltag
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Kolleg:innen zur optimalen Betreuung
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsfortschritte der Kinder
  • Mitgestaltung einer wertschätzenden, inklusiven Lernumgebung
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Kindheitspädagogen (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern im Elementarbereich
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Motivation, Kreativität und Begeisterung für die pädagogische Arbeit
  • GVP-Tarifvertrag & Stundenlohn von 28,04 € pro Stunde
  • Übernahme des Deutschlandtickets oder 0,30 € Kilometerpauschale steuerfrei
  • Dienstwagen mit Tankkarte (400 € monatliches Limit) auf Wunsch möglich
  • 30 Tage Jahresurlaub sowie tarifliches Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
