  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern im Kita- oder Hortalltag
  • Entwicklung individueller Bildungsangebote nach aktuellen pädagogischen Konzepten
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsfortschritten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Kolleg:innen
  • Mitgestaltung eines liebevollen, sicheren Lernumfeldes
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im pädagogischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern von Vorteil
  • Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke & Teamgeist
  • Motivation, neue Impulse einzubringen
