Die KITA-Dialog gGmbH sucht eine motivierte Fachkraft für Inklusion und Teilhabe (m/w/d). Werden Sie Teil eines offenen und diversen Teams und tragen Sie zur Weiterentwicklung unserer pädagogischen Konzepte bei. Wir suchen engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die Kinder individuell fördern, Inklusion aktiv gestalten und innovative Wege beschreiten möchten. Als freier Träger in Marzahn-Hellersdorf und Lichtenberg bieten wir seit über 20 Jahren inklusive Bildungsorte. Verstärken Sie unsere Kitas Wuhleblick und Weiherkette, die moderne Pädagogik in naturnaher Umgebung vereinen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die individuelle Betreuung der Kinder, Unterstützung des Teams bei inklusiven Fragestellungen und Kooperation mit Familien und Partnern. Vorausgesetzt wird eine Ausbildung als Erzieher*in oder ein Studium der Kindheitspädagogik sowie eine Zusatzqualifikation in Inklusion. Wir bieten ein unterstützendes Team, Raum für kreative Ideen, regelmäßige Fortbildungen und ein betriebliches Gesundheitsprogramm.
