Ihre Aufgaben

  • Längerfristige Einsätze mit wechselnden Teams und verschiedenen Konzepten meistern
  • Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Zeit mit den Kinder, nicht auf der Dokumentation
  • Die Kollegen vor Ort tatkräftig sowie zuverlässig unterstützen
  • Aktiv neue Erfahrungen sammeln und frische Ideen ein- sowie mitbringen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Kindheitspädagogik, alternativ einen Abschluss der Sozialpädagogik
  • Offenheit für verschiedene Konzepte und Kitaträger
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und offene Augen im Alltag sind für Sie wichtig
  • Sie können sich flexibel den Gegebenheiten vor Ort anpassen
