## Dann suchen wir dich - unseren neuen Kino-Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

Da du der erste Kontakt zu unseren Kinobesuchern bist, ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass du mit Freunde und Engagement dabei bist, daher bieten wir dir: 

  • Gute Einarbeitung in ein modernes, digitalisiertes Arbeitsfeld
  • Ein engagiertes familiengeführtes Unternehmen mit abwechslungsreichem internationalem Filmangebot und nettem Stammpublikum
  • Eigenverantwortliches Management des Kinos
  • Mittelfristige Übernahme der Kinoleitung

Um unseren Kinobesuchern ein angenehmes Kinoerlebnis zu ermöglichen, gehören folgende Aufgaben im Wechsel- und Wochenenddienst in deinen Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Sicherstellung des Kinoablaufes (Donnerstag-Samstag)
  • Der Ticketverkauf und das Angebot von Services wie Kinosnacks im Foyer-Bereich
  • Bedienung der Kino-Technik
  • Einspielung von Filmen und Trailern
  • Sicherstellung eines sauberen Kinobereichs
  • Beantwortung von Besucheranfragen per E-Mail und Telefon
  • Planung und Durchführung kultureller Veranstaltungen

Neben Spaß am Kino bringst du folgendes idealerweise mit:

  • Ausbildung im Service-Bereich (Gastronomie-/Einzelhandel)
  • Interesse an Medien
  • Anwendung von MS-Software
  • Allroundmanager mit Spaß an vielfältigen und neuen Aufgaben
  • ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
