Join the Enstrom Candies Retail Team - Seasonal Retail Kiosk in Park Meadows Mall

It's that time of year again and our retail kiosk in the Park Meadows Mall is currently looking for part time seasonal associates to add to our team. We are looking for those who loves customer service, have a positive attitude and feel comfortable engaging with our great customers. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Kiosk Retail Associate is responsible to assist customers with purchases. This person is also responsible to maintain inventory levels and kiosk cleanliness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Provide excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service to all customers and staff

2. Assist customers with purchases using point of sale system

3. Assist with quality control (to include monitoring product freshness and appearance)

4. Courteously and accurately assist with orders or questions from telephone customers

5. Arrive to work on time and when scheduled

6. Assist inventory count/orders

7. Stock retail cooling unit, shelves and sample trays

8. Perform light janitorial and Good Manufacturing Practices as assigned

9. Follow dress code as established by the Mall.

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Skill and Ability: follow directions and safety procedures; excellent customer service skills; maintain quality standards at all times; work well within a team environment; fluency in written and spoken English; mathematical accuracy

2. Tools, Equipment or Machinery Used : computerized point of sale system

3. Minimum Physical Requirements : stand for the majority of the day; lift up to 30 lbs; bend, stoop, climb, kneel, see, hear; handle or feel objects and tools, grasp, turn, raise arms above shoulder height.

4. Personal Qualities : excellent customer relation skills; cooperation and reliability; initiative, alertness, judgment, cleanliness; efficient management of work time

5. Risk of Personal Injury or Assault : Minimal, must follow safety procedures
