Dann werde Kita-Assistenz bei Wolkenfreie Zeit!

Für ein vierjähriges Kind in einer Kita in 14974 Ludwigsfelde suchen wir schnellstmöglich eine einfühlsame und verlässliche Unterstützung. Du begleitest das Kind individuell durch den Kita-Alltag und unterstützt es insbesondere bei der Kommunikation und im sozialen Miteinander.

Die Begleitung umfasst etwa 30 Stunden pro Woche und findet montags bis freitags von 08:00 bis 14:00 Uhr statt.

Erfahrung im Umgang mit entwicklungs- oder sprachverzögerten Kindern ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Eine pädagogische Ausbildung wird für diese Stelle nicht vorausgesetzt. Auch engagierte Quereinsteiger mit Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern sind herzlich willkommen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Einfühlsame und verlässliche Begleitung im Kita-Alltag

Unterstützung beim sozialen Miteinander

Begleitung in Kommunikations- und Alltagssituationen

Vermittlung von Sicherheit, Struktur und Orientierung

Individuelle Unterstützung entsprechend des Entwicklungsbedarfs

Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern, der Kita und unserem Team
