  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, Steuerung und Überwachung von HKLS-Projekten
  • Koordination von Monteuren, Subfirmen und Partnern aller Gewerke
  • Kontrolle von Qualität, Sicherheit und Terminen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Baubesprechungen
  • Erstellung von Leistungsberichten, Dokumentation
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller technischen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von HKLS-Baustellen
  • Technisches Know-how und Praxis aus dem Installationsbereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Tablet, Handy, Bausoftware, Aufmaß)
  • Gesicherte Deutschkenntnisse und Vertrautheit mit der Baustellenkommunikation
  • Organisationstalent, Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und die Bereitschaft, die Extrameile zu gehen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Führerschein B
