Ihre Aufgaben:

Projektabwicklung und Unterstützung im Gewährleistungsmanagement
Selbständige Durchführung von Wartungs-, Service-, Reparatur- und Inspektionstätigkeiten
Störungsbehebung sowie Erledigung allgemeiner haustechnischer Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Objektbetreuung
Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Bestimmungen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Gesundheit, Brandschutz und Umweltschutz
Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Vertragserfüllung im CAFM System

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre) im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Facility Management bzw. Technischer Service
Zusatzqualifikationen (zB Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit, etc.) sind ein Plus
Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, CAFM, Gebäudeleittechnik) von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Gute Umgangsformen sowie Kundenorientierung
