Der Beschäftigungsumfang beträgt 75% (derzeit 29,25 Stunden/Woche) einer vergleichbaren Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Auf Wunsch kann auch eine andere Stundenzahl vereinbart werden.

Wir erwarten die Bereitschaft zur loyalen Mitarbeit in einem katholischen Kloster mit Gästebetrieb und Vollverpflegung. Wünschenswert sind berufliche Erfahrung im Hotel-/Gaststättengewerbe bzw. entsprechende Ausbildungen oder die Bereitschaft, sich entsprechende Fähigkeiten anzulernen. Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt ist die Arbeit in der Küche bzw. der Service, bei Bedarf auch am Wochenende.

Wir bieten ein Entgelt, das angelehnt ist an die Vorschriften des Arbeitsvertragsrechts des Deutschen Caritasverbands (AVR) in der jeweils gültigen Fassung.
