Das Restaurant Hotel Gerhards in Niederelsungen steht für gehobene, frische Küche mit regionalem Bezug und herzliche Gastfreundschaft. In unserem stilvoll eingerichtetem Haus empfangen wir sowohl Hotelgäste als auch Restaurantbesucher, die Qualität und Genuss schätzen

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Koch in Voll- oder auch in Teilzeit,.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zubereitung und Anrichten von Speisen für à-la-carte- und Hotelgäste

Mitgestaltung von Speisekarten und Menüvorschlägen

Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

Selbstständiges Arbeiten im Küchenbereich sowie Teamarbeit

Unterstützung bei der Warenbestellung und -lagerung

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Leidenschaft für das Kochen und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

Kreativität und Freude an frischer, saisonaler Küche

Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
