Für unser familiengeführtes Restaurant auf der Altenburg suchen wir einen Koch / Jungkoch / Köchin / Beikoch (m/w/d), der Freude daran hat, in einem kleinen, eingespielten Team zu Arbeiter und unsere Gäste mit ehrlicher Küche zu begeistern Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Ein Arbeitsplatz mit besonderem Flair, ein respektvoller Umgang auf Augenhöhe und eine entspannte, familiäre Atmosphäre. Bei uns geht es nicht hektisch oder unpersönlich zu - wir legen Wert auf ein gutes Miteinander und daran, dass man gerne zur Arbeit kommt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Zubereitung und Anrichten unserer Speisen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung (Mise en Place)
  • Mitwirken im täglichen Küchenablauf
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Erfahrung in der Küche von Vorteil
  • Freude am Kochen und an der Gastronomie
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Eine saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Unsere Rahmenbedingungen:

  • Feste Arbeitszeiten - kein Teildienst
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten ohne Nachtbetrieb
  • Montag & Dienstag feste Ruhetage
  • Mai - September: Biergartenbetrieb
  • Oktober - April: Restaurantbetrieb
  • Januar: Betriebsurlaub
  • Faire Bezahlung und ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsumfeld

Arbeitszeiten:

Mittwoch - Samstag: 11:30 - 20:00 Uhr Sonn-& Feiertage: 11:00 - 16:00 Uhr
