  • Einsatz auf unterschiedlichen Posten (Entremetier, Saucier, Gardemanager, Patisserie)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Führen des Postens
  • Kontrolle und Umsetzung aller Hygienevorschriften
  • Warenannahme, Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation
  • Ständige Mitoptimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Gewährleistung einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen
  • Ihr Anforderungsprofil
  • Bereitschaft zu Abenddiensten
  • Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes, und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähig, flexibel, belastbar
