  • IHR AUFGABENBEREICH:
  • Als Jungkoch_Jungköchin unterstützen Sie unser Küchenteam bei der Zubereitung von Speisen auf hohem Niveau
  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen das Vorbereiten, Kochen und Anrichten von Gerichten
  • Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards und Hygienevorschriften.
  • WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Zubereitung von regionalen und internationalen Speisen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Lebensmittelhygiene (HACCP)
  • IHRE ARBEITSZEIT:
  • 48 Stunden pro Woche
  • 6 Tage-Woche
  • Blockarbeitszeit- kein Teildienst
  • 1 Woche ab vormittags und 1 Woche ab nachmittags
  • die u.a. Lohnangaben beziehen sich auf eine 40 Stunden-Woche
  • WIR BIETEN IHNEN:
  • Einzel bzw. Doppelzimmer mit Flachbildschirm und Kühlschrank
  • Das Essen steht an den Arbeitstagen zur Verfügung
  • Gratis Benützung von WLAN
  • Wandern bzw. Skifahren bis vor die Haustüre
  • deutliche Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Qualifizierung
