  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche
  • Zubereitung und Anrichten hochwertiger Speisen unter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Planung und Koordination der täglichen Küchenabläufe
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Speisekarten und Tagesgerichten
  • Warenbestellung, Warenkontrolle und fachgerechte Lagerung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher Hygiene- und Lebensmittelvorschriften
  • Anleitung und Koordination des Küchenteams
  • Unsere Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Küchenorganisation und Speisenzubereitung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führungsqualitäten, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude an der Gastronomie
  • Deutschkenntnisse zur Kommunikation im Team und mit der Geschäftsführung

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden, im Wechseldienst nach Vereinbarung innerhalb der Rahmenöffnungszeiten von Montag bis Sonntag, 07:30 bis 00:00 Uhr.
