Koch/Köchin im Therapiehaus - 30 Wochenstunden, Montag bis Freitag (kein Wochenenddienst)

Ihre Aufgabengebiete:

· Vorbereitung und Zubereitung des täglichen Essens für die Therapiestation

· Erststellung des Menüplanes für die Therapiestation

· Warenbestellung, Warenübernahme und Kontrolle

· Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung des Küchenteams aus dem KlientInnenkreis

· Interaktion mit KlientInnen mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf gesunde Ernährung

· Einteilung Küchendienst

· Befähigung der KlientInnen zum selbständige Zubereiten von Speisen

· Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Hygienerichtlinien und Bescheidauflagen

Unser Anforderungsprotokoll:

· Abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch/Köchin, Abschluss einer 3-jährigen Fachschule mit positivem Abschluss im Unterrichtsfach Kochen, Matura an berufsbildender höherer Schule mit positivem Abschluss im Unterrichtsfach Kochen, Abschluss an Kolleg mit positivem Abschluss im Unterrichtsfach Kochen

· Praxis von Vorteil

· Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Weitergabe von Know-how.

· Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz

· Gute Umgangsformen und sicheres Auftreten

· Zuverlässige, selbständige sowie wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

· Achtung auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung

· Führerschein B

Unser Angebot:

· 5-Tage-Woche mit 30 Wochenstunden (Montag bis Freitag, kein Wochenenddienst)

Entlohnung:
