Koch/Köchin für Heurigenbetrieb gesucht - ab sofort, 20-40 Wochenstunden

Wir sind ein renommiertes Weingut in Wien mit angeschlossenem Heurigenbetrieb und suchen eine engagierte Köchin bzw. einen engagierten Koch, der Freude an bodenständiger Küche, guter Organisation und dem Arbeiten im Team hat.

  • Aufgabenbereich
  • º Zubereitung klassischer Heurigenspeisen sowie saisonaler Gerichte
  • º Vorbereitung (Mise en place) für den laufenden Heurigenbetrieb
  • º Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Küchenablauf während der Öffnungszeiten
  • º Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • º Mitgestaltung von Speisenangeboten im Rahmen des Heurigenkonzepts
  • º Zusammenarbeit mit Küchenhilfe und Servicepersonal
  • º Ordnung, Sauberkeit und strukturierte Abläufe in der Küche
  • º Warenannahme, Lagerung und einfache Bestandskontrollen
  • Ihr Profil
  • º Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • º Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • º Freude an traditioneller Küche und regionalen Produkten
  • º Belastbarkeit und Überblick auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen
  • º Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit
