  • Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Hygiene und einen reibungslosen Ablauf
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Speisekarte
  • Warenbestellung und Kontrolle der Küchenabläufe
  • Kreatives Mitgestalten unseres kulinarischen Konzepts
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Leidenschaft fürs Kochen und hochwertige Küche
  • Erfahrung in der Küchenleitung oder als Sous Chef mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Interesse an moderner Mittelostküche und kreativer Crossover-Gastronomie
