Deine Aufgaben: Hier kannst du gestalten

  • Produktion von Speisen im cook & chill-Verfahren
  • Veranstaltungscatering
  • Mitarbeit bei der Speiseplangestaltung, im Einkauf sowie der Produktentwicklung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Organisation, Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Küchenabläufe
  • Einhaltung und Entwicklung der Qualitätsstandards , der Produktsicherheit und der Vorgaben des HACCP Konzeptes

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Koch / zur Köchin (m/w/d)
  • Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Aufgeschlossener Umgang mit Kund:innen und Gästen
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
