Für unser Restaurant & Pension Sonnenburg in Oranienburg suchen wir ab sofort einen Koch (m/w/d) als Verstärkung für unser Küchenteam!

Das Restaurant & Pension Sonnenburg ist ein familiengeführter Gastronomiebetrieb in Oranienburg mit langjähriger Tradition. Wir bieten gutbürgerliche deutsche Küche, einen regelmäßigen Brunch sowie die gastronomische Betreuung von Feiern und Veranstaltungen.

Wir bieten langfristige Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in einem bestehenden Küchenteam mit einer verlässlichen Dienstplanung und regelmäßigen freien Wochenenden.

Tätigkeitsbereich:

  • Zubereitung von Speisen der gutbürgerlichen deutschen Küche
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung des À-la-carte-Geschäfts
  • Mitwirkung bei der Zubereitung von Buffets und Veranstaltungen
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Selbstständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten im Küchenteam

Arbeitszeiten und Dienstplanung:

  • Variable Arbeitszeiten, abhängig von der vereinbarten Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung
  • Grundsätzlich zwei freie Tage pro Woche
  • Ein bis zwei freie Wochenenden im Monat
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen ist erforderlich
  • Die konkrete Arbeitszeitgestaltung wird individuell besprochen.

Unsere Erwartungen:

Wir wünschen uns eine zuverlässige, teamfähige und motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Küche. Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin ist wünschenswert.

Weitere Einzelheiten zu Arbeitszeiten, Vergütung und Einsatzplanung werden in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
