Als Koch/Köchin / Jungkoch/Jungköchin (m/w/d)

unterstützen Sie unser Küchenteam bei der Zubereitung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, bedarfsgerechten und abwechslungsreichen Verpflegung für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Mitarbeitenden.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

die fachgerechte Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen nach Speiseplan und Rezepturen,

die Berücksichtigung unterschiedlicher Kostformen und Sonderkost,

die Mitarbeit bei der Speisenproduktion und -ausgabe sowie der sorgfältige Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsmitteln.

Sie halten die geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und HACCP Standards zuverlässig ein und unterstützen bei Sonderessen für Tagungen, Fortbildungen und Veranstaltungen.

Vorausgesetzt wird:

eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin (m/w/d).

Auch Berufseinsteigerinnen und Berufseinsteiger bzw. Jungköchinnen und Jungköche sind ausdrücklich willkommen. Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Sorgfalt und Freude an einer hochwertigen Gemeinschaftsverpflegung runden Ihr Profil ab.
