Aufgaben
Zubereitung von warmen und kalten Speisen für unsere Hotelgäste
Mitarbeit bei der Speisen- und Menüplanung für unser Familienhotel
Speisenausgabe überwiegend in Buffetform im reinen Hotelbetrieb (kein externes Tagesgeschäft)
Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln mit hohem Bio-Anteil sowie regionalen Produkten
Unterstützung bei Bestellungen, Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und Vorbereitung
Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)
Mitwirkung bei der Anleitung von Auszubildenden/Lehrlingen im Küchenalltag
Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin wünschenswert
Erfahrung in der Hotelküche oder Buffetorganisation von Vorteil
Freude an frischer Küche sowie Bio-/Regionalprodukten
Zuverlässige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise
Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Wir bieten

Arbeitszeit i. d. R. zwischen 8:30 und 21:00 Uhr
