Die Feldbergklinik Dr. Asdonk in St. Blasien ist die älteste lymphologische Fachklinik der Welt im Herzen des Schwarzwaldes.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Die Kernaufgabe liegt in der Zubereitung von kalten und warmen Speisen für unsere Patienten.

Zudem kommen folgende Aufgaben dazu:

  • Überwachung der Produktionszubereitung und Anleitung von Küchenmitarbeitenden
  • Einhaltung von aktuellen Hygieneverordnungen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Überwachung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation des Wareneingangs sowie der Lagerhaltung
  • Qualitätskontrolle der Speisen
  • Reinigung und Desinfektion der Arbeitsplätze und der Kücheneinrichtung
  • Kommunikation mit den Patienten
