Wir suchen für die Wintersaison 2026/2027 von Dezember bis April Jungköche für unsere first mountain Hotels in Österreich.

Für unsere sportlich aktiven Gäste ist ein gutes und leckeres Essen ein wichtiger Bestandteil eines gelungenen Urlaubs. Als Jungkoch bereiten Sie an 3-4 Tagen in der Woche das Frühstücksbuffet und zusammen mit einer Küchenhilfe an 6 Tagen in der Woche das 4-Gang-Abendmenü in Buffetform zu. Neben einer ansprechenden Präsentation des Buffets ist die ordnungsgemäße Verarbeitung der Lebensmittel ein wichtiges Qualitätsmerkmal. Gerne dürfen Sie auch Ihre eigene Kreativität einfließen lassen.

Aufgaben:

Zubereitung des Frühstücks und 4-Gang-Abendmenüs in Buffetform

Präsentation von Speisen (Anrichten und Dekorieren) und Buffetkontrolle

Tägliche Reinigung, Kontrolle und Abnahme der Küche

Ausführung und Kontrolle der Küchenhygiene nach HACCP Richtlinien

Bestellung und Kochen nach Budgetvorgaben

Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen

Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossene Kochlehre oder mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrungen

Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Zuverlässigkeit

EU-Staatsbürgerschaft bzw. freier Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt

Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level B1)
