Gastro Oma München (Pasing Arcaden, Pasinger Bahnhofsplatz 5) ist ein modernes Gastronomie- und Produktionsunternehmen, das sich auf hausgemachte Teigtaschen, Pfannkuchen, Suppen und andere traditionelle Gerichte spezialisiert hat.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Produktionsteams.

Aufgaben:

  • Zubereitung und Kontrolle der Speisen nach Rezepturen und Produktionsstandards
  • Arbeiten nach Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (HACCP)
  • Organisation des Arbeitsplatzes und Einhaltung der Küchenabläufe
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam

Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Küche oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
  • Verständnis für Küchenprozesse und Lebensmittelsicherheit
  • Fähigkeit, nach Rezepturen (Technikkarten) zu arbeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und sauberes Arbeiten
