Beschreibung der Aufgaben:
-Einhalten der Ordnungs- und Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP
-Vor- und Nachbereitung der Arbeitsbereiche, des a la carte Geschäfts und der Veranstaltungen
-Verräumen von Ware (nach Lastenhandhabungsverordnung)
-Einhalten der Lagerlogistik anhand der Betriebsordnung und den HACCP Vorschriften
-Warenkontrolle sowie Kontrolle der Kühlketten nach HACCP
-Umgang mit Küchenmaschinen nach Vorgaben der Sicherheitsbestimmungen
-Umgang mit Reinigungsmitteln nach den vorgegebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen
-Kenntnis über das feste und wechselnde Angebot des Betriebes bzgl. aller Speisen deren Fertigungsweisen und deren Inhaltsstoffe incl. der Allergene und Zusatzstoffe
-Zubereitung von allen Speisen
-Anleiten von Küchenhilfen
-Warenausgabe an Gäste und kassieren der Gäste
