Die Restauration Festung Königstein GmbH ist eine renommierte Ausflugs- und Erlebnisgastronomie auf der Festung Königstein in der Sächsisch-Böhmischen Schweiz mit jährlich mehr als 500.000 Gästen. Unser Unternehmen bewirtschaftet neben der Plateaugastronomie auch das historische Erlebnisrestaurant „In den Kasematten“ mit insgesamt 500 Sitzplätzen in einzelnen Gewölben und ca. weiteren 500 Außensitzplätzen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine / einen engagierte / n Köchin / Koch (m/w/d). 

### Ihrer Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Zubereitung und kreatives Anrichten von Speisen im à-la-carte- und Veranstaltungsbereich
  • Mitgestaltung saisonaler Menüs und Speisekarten
  • Sicherstellung und Umsetzung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • Mitverantwortung für Warenbestellung, -annahme und - lagerung
  • Einsatz bei Veranstaltungen, Buffets und Events
  • Flexible Teamarbeit

### Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch / Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation inkl. Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
