## Aufgaben

  • Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen
  • Warenannahme und optimale Lagerhaltung
  • Vorbereitung - Mise en Place
  • Einhaltung allgemeiner Abläufe/Standards
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP
  • Bestellen von Waren über das Warenwirtschaftssystem

## Qualifikationen

  • Berufserfahrung als Koch/Köchin oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich
  • Engagierter Einsatz und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Gästen und Kollegen
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
