Der Schützenhof Jever steht für regionale Küche, Gastfreundschaft und hochwertige Veranstaltungen. Zur Unterstützung unserer Küchenleitung suchen wir einen motivierten Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) , der/die unsere kulinarische Ausrichtung mitgestaltet und das Team zuverlässig unterstützt.

Besetzung bestenfalls in Vollzeit; Teilzeit (mind. 20 Std./Wo.) ist nach Absprache mit Herrn Eden auch möglich!

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Küchenchefs
  • Mitverantwortung für Menüplanung, Warenbestellung & Qualität
  • Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft (à la carte, Veranstaltungen, Buffets)

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Fachkraft Küche
  • Freude an frischer, regionaler Küche & hoher Qualitätsanspruch
