Für unser familiengeführten 4 \*\*\*\* Wellness- und Wohlfühlhotel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres Küchenteams einen Koch (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitungs- und Zubereitungsarbeiten für den täglichen Bedarf unter der Beachtung des jeweiligen Tagesgeschäftes
  • Pünktliche Fertigstellung der benötigten Speisen
  • Mise en Place Vorbereitungen
  • Warenannahme, Warenbestellung, Qualitätsprüfung und Dokumentation
  • Kommunikation mit den Lieferanten
  • Ständige Mitoptimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
  • Mitgestaltung der Speisekarte
  • Gewährleistung einer guten Zusammenarbeit mit allen anderen Abteilungen
  • Kostenbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildender

Die Arbeitszeit ist im Rahmen einer 4-Tage Woche möglich (in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit)
