  • Für einen langjährigen Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Koch / eine
  • Köchin (m/w/d) für den Veranstaltungs- und Bankettbereich in einer
  • modernen Großküche mit geregelte Arbeitszeiten von montags bis
  • freitags.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung von Menüs, Buffets und Speisen nach Rezepten und
  • Vorgaben der Betriebe
  • Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit von Frühstücksvorbereitungen bis
  • hin zu Buffet- und Bankettveranstaltungen
  • Frische Zutaten kreativ und effizient verarbeiten
  • Mise en Place vorbereiten und Küchenabläufe organisieren
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • Mit deinem Team für reibungslose Abläufe in der Küche sorgen
  • Unterstützung des Teams im Kantinen-Bereich

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin, gerne auch
  • Jungkoch/-köchin
  • Erfahrung im Veranstaltungs- und Bankettbereich, im à la
  • carte-Bereich oder in Großküchen von Vorteil
  • Engagement und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Eine gewissenhafte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Vertraut mit den HACCP-Richtlinien
  • Infektionsschutzbelehrung §43 ist Pflicht
