## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zubereitung italienischer und regionaler Speisen
  • Mise en Place und Organisation des Küchenbereichs
  • Mitarbeit auf allen Küchenposten
  • Einhaltung der HACCP- und Hygienestandards
  • Kontrolle von Wareneingang und Warenqualität
  • Fachgerechte Lagerung von Lebensmitteln
  • Mitwirkung bei saisonalen Speisekarten
  • Wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Lebensmitteln
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Service und Küchenteam
  • Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Caterings

## Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Freude an der italienischen Küche

Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Freundliches Auftreten
