Für unseren Kunden, ein gut etabliertes Restaurant in attraktiver Lage, suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n Koch/Köchin (m/w/d), die/der eigenständig arbeiten kann und bereit ist, auch als Küchenchef/-in (m/w/d) Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Zubereitung und kreative Gestaltung von Speisen
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Küche bei Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Einhaltung der Hygienestandards (HACCP)
  • Führung und Anleitung des Küchenteams

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder fundierte und langjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert zu arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in leitender Funktion von Vorteil
  • Leidenschaft für gutes Essen, Kreativität und Belastbarkeit
