  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der bayrischen und regionalen Küche setzen wir ebenso voraus
  • wie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Erfahrung im À-la-carte-Bereich sowie im Pensions- bzw. Halbpensionsbetrieb ist von Vorteil.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören
  • die Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation traditioneller bayrischer Gerichte,
  • die Mitgestaltung von Speiseplänen,
  • die Organisation und Koordination der Küchenabläufe
  • sowie Warenbestellung und -kontrolle.
  • Darüber hinaus achten Sie konsequent auf die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)
  • und unterstützen bzw. leiten bei Bedarf Küchenhilfen an.

Deutschkenntnisse, sollten gut bis sehr gut in schrifticher und mündlicher Form sein.
