Planung, Organisation und Mise en Place für Events, Bankette und Tagungen

Kontrolle von Lagerbeständen, Wareneingang und Lebensmittelkosten

Unterstützung bei Anrichten, Speisenpräsentation und Dekoration von Buffets

Schulung und Anleitung des Küchenteams sowie Qualitäts- und Hygienemaßnahmen

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/ Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in Tagungshotels, Eventgastronomie oder Großveranstaltungen

Kreativität, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Gute Kenntnisse von HACCP und Life- bzw. Hygienevorschriften

Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität

Resonanzfähiges Tagungshotel mit regelmäßigen Veranstaltungen und Gruppenbuchungen

Abwechslungsreiche Küche, kreative Menügestaltung und Mitgestaltung von Event-Kulinarik
