Für unser indisches Restaurant Taj Restaurant in Hamburg-Poppenbüttel suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen zuverlässigen Koch / Küchenmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der indischen Küche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Zubereitung von traditionellen indischen Gerichten

Vorbereitung von Fleisch, Gemüse, Saucen und Gewürzen

Zubereitung von Currygerichten, Tandoori-Gerichten und weiteren indischen Spezialitäten

Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Allgemeine Arbeiten und Unterstützung in der Küche

Ihr Profil:

Erfahrung in der indischen Küche ist erforderlich

Kenntnisse über indische Gewürze und traditionelle Zubereitungsarten

Zuverlässigkeit, Sauberkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Selbstständiges Arbeiten

Berufserfahrung als Koch ist von Vorteil

Wir bieten eine langfristige Beschäftigung in einem freundlichen Team.

Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Zimmer / eine Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Arbeitsort: Hamburg-Poppenbüttel

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung.
