Wir suchen für unseren Kunden 2 Köche (m/w/d) für die Betriebskantine.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung/Aufgaben Warendisposition sämtlicher im Bereich benötigter LM

  • Verräumen der LM in Warenlager nach dem Fifo-Prinzip
  • Erstellen von Warenanforderungen für alle Nutzerbestellungen im Bereich und Weitergabe an die verantwortlichen Personen
  • Selbstständiges Zubereiten von jeglichen warmen und kalten Speisen nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen und vorheriger Besprechung mit den Kollegen am Standort
  • Bereitstellung von zubereiteten Speisen in Buffetform und an der Speisenausgabe je nach Anforderung und just in Time

Qualifikation

  • Ausbildung als Koch in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie/GV, Erfahrung im Bereich
  • Hotellerie oder GV wünschenswert aber nicht Bedingung
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gesundheitszeugnis, Schulungsnachweis HACCP-Konzept

Arbeitszeiten von Montag - Freitag täglich ca. 8 Stunden. Monatelanger Auftrag und eine Übernahme in ein Arbeitsverhältnis beim Kunden ist angedacht.
